These terms apply when you use Rap Video at rap-video.com. By using the Service you agree to them. The Service is provided by rap-video.com, United States.

What the Service does

You upload photos and choose a stage or effect, and AI video models render a short video, including an original song and lyrics written from your settings. Results are generated by AI: they vary, may not look exactly like the people in the photos, and are not guaranteed to meet every expectation.

Photos and consent

• Only upload photos of yourself or of people who gave you permission. Never upload a photo of a minor without a parent or guardian’s consent.
• Do not use real public figures or celebrities in a way that could pass for real or mislead anyone.
• You are responsible for the photos you upload and for how you use the videos.

Content rules

You may not use the Service to create sexual or nude content, content involving minors in any harmful way, harassment, hate, threats or bullying, impersonation, fraud or misleading “real” footage, or anything illegal. Automated safety checks may refuse or withhold a video; a refused render is not charged. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your videos

As far as the law allows, you own the videos you make, and you may post them anywhere, including commercially for your own business. You give us a limited right to process your photos and videos only to provide the Service. Please turn on the platform’s AI-generated label when you post. The songs are newly generated; official songs from trends are not included, and adding licensed music when you post is up to you and the platform’s rules.

Sharing in the showcase

Sharing a video in our public showcase is optional. When you share one, you confirm that everyone in it agreed, and you allow us to show it on our website, free of charge, until you remove it. You can remove it at any time in My videos. We may hide or remove any shared video without notice.

Credits, packs and plans

Videos are paid for in credits. Each render shows its price before you start; a standard video (720p, 12 seconds) costs 10 credits, and better models, higher quality or longer videos cost more. Credit packs are one-time purchases. Subscriptions grant credits each billing period and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices and credits are listed on the pricing page and in our Refund Policy.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a subscription any time from Settings → Billing; it stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Failed renders are never charged. Other refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change features, models and prices; changes to prices never affect credits you already hold.

Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or abuse the Service, including fraudulent chargebacks.
