How credit packs, subscriptions and failed renders are handled and refunded on Rap Video.

1. The short version

Failed renders are never charged. Unused pack credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase; credits already used cannot. Subscriptions can be cancelled any time from Settings → Billing, and a subscription charge can be refunded within 7 days if none of that period’s credits were used.

2. Credit packs

Each video costs credits based on the model, quality and length you pick before rendering: a standard video (720p, 12 seconds) is 10 credits. Pack credits never expire.

• Single: 10 credits (≈ 1 video), $9.99
• Duo Pack: 50 credits (≈ 5 videos), $29
• Crew Pack: 350 credits (≈ 35 videos), $99
• Studio Pack: 900 credits (≈ 90 videos), $199
• Label Pack: 3,000 credits (≈ 300 videos), $499

3. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel.

• Basic: $29.90 per month for 100 credits a month (≈ 10 videos), or $100 per year for 400 credits (≈ 40 videos)
• Pro: $49.90 per month for 300 credits a month (≈ 30 videos), or $500 per year for 4,000 credits (≈ 400 videos)
• Studio: $99.90 per month for 800 credits a month (≈ 80 videos), or $600 per year for 6,000 credits (≈ 600 videos)

Yearly plans receive the whole year’s credits at the start of the billing year. Pack and subscription credits share one balance.

4. Cancelling a subscription

Cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan and its credits stay active until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing more is charged. Partial periods are not refunded pro rata.

5. Failed renders

If a render fails, whether from an error, a safety-filter refusal, a timeout or a finished video withheld by our safety check, you are not charged and the credits return to your balance automatically. No ticket needed. A video that renders successfully but that you don’t like is not a failed render.

6. Refunds on credit packs

• A pack that is completely unused can be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase.
• A partly used pack can be refunded within the same 7 days for its unused credits, valued at that pack’s price per credit.
• After 7 days, or for credits already used to render a video, purchases are final.
• Credits you put in a gift link count as used once someone claims them; unclaimed credits count as unused again after you cancel the link.

7. Refunds on subscriptions

• First payment: refundable in full within 7 days of the charge if none of its credits were used.
• Renewals: a renewal charge is refundable within 7 days of that charge only if none of that period’s credits were used.
• Subscription credits claimed from a gift link you created count as used.
• Otherwise subscription charges are final. You can still cancel any time to stop future renewals.

8. Billing errors and duplicate charges

Charged twice or the wrong amount? Open a support ticket within 30 days with your order details and we will correct it.

9. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; most issues are solved within 5 business days. Disputing charges for credits you used may lead to account suspension.

10. How to ask for a refund

Open a support ticket from Settings → Support tickets, or email support@rap-video.com with the email on your account, the order and the reason. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

11. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits refund rights that mandatory consumer law gives you where you live.
